Through the cooperation of the Borough of Avalon, Tim Kerr Charities, Inc. and the Avalon Lions Club, this year\u2019s event promises to be one of the preeminent fund-raising events that will obtain significant media exposure and attract a field of elite competitors from throughout the United States. Once the 7-Mile and 5K run results are posted there will be GRAB AND GO AWARDS for the overall and various age division winners.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Cost:<\/strong>
\n$25 TK 5K Run\/Walk and $35 Tim Ker 7 Mile Island Run on March 1st early bird discounted rate!
\n$30 and $40 pre registration. Race weekend: Saturday and Sunday late registration $35 and $45 <\/p>\n

Race Registration:<\/strong>
\nSaturday, Register on site August 30th: 4 \u2013 6 PM at Avalon Community Hall (30th & Avalon Avenue)
\nPre Registered runners can pick up thier bib and tee shirt<\/p>\n

Race day entry on Sunday, August 31st from 7:00 AM thru 8:15 AM at the Avalon Communty Hall (30th St. & Avalon Ave).
\n The 7 Mile Island Run begins at 8:30 AM, followed by the 5K Run and 5K Walk at 8:35 AM.<\/p>\n
